This is our last design project, coming soon to Aston Martin Residences, and we created a project to maximize the space!
The New Room (Den Conversion):
- Guest Room/Office Combo: Install a Murphy bed along one wall with built-in shelves on either side for storage. Include a fold-out desk that can be used as a workspace during the day.
- Decor and Functionality: Use light colors to make the room feel larger. Add a cozy rug and some wall art to personalize the space without overcrowding it
Bar Area:
Multipurpose Use: The bar counter can double as additional dining space or a buffet area during gatherings.
By implementing these strategies, you can ensure that your smaller home is both functional and appealing, making the most out of every square foot available.
